Hope that future replacement person doesn’t hold himself or herself in such high regard that they decide to re-invent the wheel rather than just improving the spokes. So often new leaders dismantle all of the infrastructure that has worked, wanting to leave their own mark, and ruin a place. Saw that at a place I’d worked for 10 yrs. Soon over half of the staff who had been so commited, were spread far & wide. An ex military man really screwed things up with his attitude and approach. Should’ve stayed retired, or behind a fancy desk glad to pick up his large pay that upper status would have given. Don’t ever trust people too full of themselves.
